Description
For sale today is a Hungarian M37 Femaru German WW2 air force contract. These pistols were ordered from Hungry for the German Luftwaffe during WW2 in 32acp. There were 2 contracts of these bought by the Germans during WW2. This pistol is from the first contract in 1941. As seen in the photos you can see the German code for the Femaru plant as jhv and the year of 41 for 1941. This pistol is all matching including the magazine which is scarce for these pistols the majority of mags were mixed up over the years. You can see the serial number that is 49911 on the frame slide, barrel and magazine. Overall, the condition of this pistol is good there are a few spots that show holster wear, but I do not see any spots that show rust or corrosion There is one spot at the rear of the firearm that shows it has been dropped at one point in its service life as seen in photo. The grips are in very good shape and show no visible cracks or chips. The bore is bright and in good condition. Front and backstrap still retain most of their finish so it did spend most of its service life in a holster. The wear on the barrel shows that it has been fired some but not a lot and has a lot of life remaining. These are fairly hard to find as most of the ones you will see are the Hungarian military ones and they are in 380. Only the German ones are 32 ACP. Thank you.
