Today we have a Finnish M28 Mosin-Nagant made by Tikka imported by PRI. This Rifle was acquired directly from a Finnish arsenal and is all matching. These rifles are in very good condition with a few old chips on the stock and slight rub marks on the butt of the stock and a repair mark below the bottom sling point. There is still armorers cosmoline on the rifle. The Rifling is bright and strong.
